Our service
We are specialised in the model development and provide customized tools to
analyse flow and structural problems.
For customers, who don't benefit from a CFD-environment yet, we are able to
provide and support complete modeling tools fulfilling industrial standards for
pre- and post processing and state of the art solution technologies. Using our
tools, the software costs
are much lower compared to competitive CFD-tools. We can offer this by customizing and
combining different tools (e.g. our modeling environment CastNet)
and fit them to open source software, e.g. the excellent open source CFD-toolbox
OpenFOAM®. Of course we train and support our customers in the use of the tools
and the applications we developed.
For customers using already a simulation environment we offer additional tools
e.g. for meshing and building simulation cases. We adapt our tools to support the in-house CAE solvers
and integrate them
into the CAE workflow.

You
develop a range of similar products where the flow situation are
almost similar. You don't
have a CFD-expert onsite but you would like to access to simulation
methods to optimize your products. You would like to receive a
stable and an easy to handle solution you can trust in without
having yearly the typical high license expenditures for
commercial CFD solutions. Our solution: We conduct a CFD-project to validate a modeling approach and solution setup for
your application. Based on this we compile, deliver and support a
complete CFD-environment including preprocessor, solver, postprocessor
adapted for your applications and matching your demands for further
in-house studies. |

already CFD/FEA programs but for a particular problem (e.g. the
easy and fast building of simulation models for geometry case studies) you search a solution
for your solvers. Our solution: We
provide our tools, adapt them to fit your demands and integrate them
in your workflow. |

You decided
to use OpenFOAM® to model your CFD problems e.g. to control the solution
process or to develop models by yourself. But you search for a
convenient modeling environment to build OpenFOAM® cases easily.
Our solution: We provide our modelling enviroment CastNet, where it is
possible to set up OpenFOAM cases directly (including solver settings,
boundary and initial conditions). If needed we adapt our environment to
enable your modeling requirements, to fit your workflow and to support your
CAD system. |

You search for a simulation solution for a complex
flow problem e.g. a fluid-structure interaction problem.
Our solution:
We test our
solution capabilities, build or adapt models to solve the problem and integrate the solution in
your CAE-environment. If your problem is physically very complex and
beyond the scope of common CFD usage, we have access to a network of
excellent and specialised research facilities to assist in finding a
solution. |
